What can we say about platinum trade centre. Jon especially. Friendly, Honest, couldn’t do enough.
We first contacted Platinum. When we views a some vans on there website. We made an initial enquiry via email. And Jon made contact the very next day. Going through a lost of cans we may be interested in. Jon asked what we wanted the vehicle for. We wanted to convert it into a family van. Jon pointed us towards a few vans on the website for us to have a little look at. There was a van that we were interested in. And we made an appointment to go and view it. Before we even traveled to the dealership. Jon listed the things, that in his words, he want happy with. From the timing chain being noisy, to a dent in the side. And sent a photo of the dent to me. He advised that he wanted to send it to the garage to have the timing chain done. Saving us lots if we purchased the van and also to the paint shop to sort the dent out. But wanted us to see the van first. So we piped down the same day. And viewed the van. It was what we wanted. And we could see it was the van for us to convert. Jon didn’t want us to take it out at this time for a test drive. Due to the work needed. So we returned a little while later. And test drove the van. There was a few little niggles. That Jon was then on to straight away. In his words, he wanted it spot on for us. He phoned a couple of days later. And the van was ready. The service we received was second to none. And we couldn’t be more happy. We have since had the van, stripped the back out. Added a few mods. And have our family van ready to go.
